Client
Our team worked with social workers and Christian missionaries who are based in Brazil. Currently, our client is manually analyzing the conditions of local communities based on social factors in their data. Social factors are categories that our client uses to organize the problems in the community. Since they are dealing with this data manually, they deal with three main challenges: it is time consuming, vulnerable to human mistakes and biases, and as data scales up, it becomes difficult to see the bigger picture.
Our Software
To address our client's problem, our team developed an automated data analysis system that can quickly and accurately process large amounts of data, eliminating the need for manual analysis.
Design Norms
Cultural Appropriateness: Since our client is based in Brazil, our first goal was to bridge the language barrier. Therefore, our app is completely in Portugese and supports Portugese data analysis.
Transparency: We aimed to make our software as simple as possible for ease of use.
Caring: We hope it will be used to help their communities flourish.
